After owning a fitness company for 16 years, Adrien realized wellness required a more holistic approach and was inspired to launch Alexandria Wellness. Since 2004, Adrien has motivate and empowered women 45+ to define what wellness looks and feels like to them–and to implement simple strategies for building confidence, leveling-up their wellness, and ultimately living their best lives.

Christine creates personal and professional development offerings rooted in emotional intelligence, conscious communication, and mindfulness. Christine has academic expertise in the area of women, body image, and identity. Her work in this area is rooted in the role that self-awareness, self-compassion, and radical self-care play in bringing women into a peaceful relationship with themselves.

Their hands-on experience with thousands of women struggling to find inner-peace with their bodies motivated Adrien and Christine to join forces to create this innovative program for you.
