The Alexandria Wellness Fitness + Foundations Program is ideally suited for individuals who are interested in expert fitness training with access to wellness resources, guidance, education and support. This program is for individuals who are ready to make the move from ‘working out’ to understanding what works!

  • An array of easy-to-use online tools hosted by Alexandria Wellness to compliment your fitness sessions help you achieve your best fitness, weight and wellness - for good.
  • An online platform with recipes, menus, wellness and nutrition videos by Adrien and Megan and helpful articles.
  • One 20-minute preview call with our Health Coach to demonstrate a typical “wellness visit” scheduled once during your 3-month package.
  • A wellness-centered community where you can receive ongoing support, coaching, educational resources, wellness events and accountability.
  • “Open Gym” at our new location The Loop 215 North Payne Street
