The Alexandria Wellness Fitness Program is ideally suited for individuals who are interested in expert fitness training with access to wellness experts, education and support. This program is for individuals who are ready to make the move from ‘working out’ to understanding what works!
Alexandria Wellness has been hosting a number of virtual one-on-one personal training, small group training and yoga sessions throughout the morning and day.
