Wellness Tips From a Top Female Executive

Whether you’re a busy mom, business owner, or top female executive, there is no doubt that prioritizing health and wellness can be difficult. It’s easy to let self-care, exercise, sleep, and healthy nutrition slip through the cracks when we have so many things on our plate.

But, we know that when we feel better, we are more productive, motivated, and can show up as our best selves — for our coworkers, employees, clients, kids, and partner. Sticking to daily routines that gradually improve your health can enhance your life and your work.

But how do you actually start to incorporate lifestyle changes that will make you feel better and healthier?

It doesn’t have to involve spending an hour at the gym every day or following a perfectly crafted meal plan. Even small changes and habits can add up to a transformed bigger picture.

Melonie Johnson, President and COO of MGM National Harbor, finds ways to prioritize her health while also encouraging her staff to do the same. She credits the success she has earned in her professional life partly to her devotion to her own self-care and making fitness and wellness a top priority in her life.

Join us on September 28th at 4pm to learn her success and wellness tips. In this workshop, you’re going to learn what it looks like to stay healthy and have a wellness routine while having a busy schedule – it is possible! Click here to register for the event.
